Join us on December 1st 2025! HYBRID FORMAT
The aim of this workshop is to present recent scientific and clinical advancements in measuring adverse events in healthcare. Adverse events are defined as injuries suffered by patients that are attributable to healthcare management rather than to their underlying diseases.
We are honored to welcome Prof. David W. Bates from Harvard Medical School, an internationally recognized authority in the field of adverse event detection.
This event is organized as part of two innovative projects: SafeCare Switzerland (www.safe-care.ch) and SwissMADE.
Experts from academic, clinical, and policy-making fields will present their work, share their professional experience, and engage in discussions with participants.
This workshop offers an important opportunity to learn about the current state of knowledge and practical experiences from Swiss healthcare institutions, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
The organizing committee:
Dr. Marie Annick Le Pogam | Unisanté, Department of Epidemiology and Health Systems
